Custom Options Add On

Add customization to the back or sleeve of your garment.  Name (High, Low, or Vertical), Number, or Name and Number.

Name can be entered as name, "Volleyball", "Chaparral", etc.

Choose glitter or matte.

Please be sure to include which garment you would like this on and colors you prefer in notes at checkout.

If no colors are chosen we will match front design as closely as possible for a cohesive look!
